Shopping with us is easy! When ordering our products, you use "Your Shopping Cart". In the shopping cart, you can see the products you have chosen and thus change your order before going to the checkout. At the checkout, you choose your payment method and then place your order.

When you place your order, an email will be sent to the email address you provided. We send your order the same day you place your order (not on public holidays and weekends). Delivery time is normally 6-12 working days.

Google Pay, Apple Pay & Klarna which are ICON LAUREN's payment providers handles payment transactions at checkout. Therefore, when you choose Swish, you will see that the payee is SP ICON LAUREN.

  • Assortment & prices: On our website you will find the current assortment at current prices. We reserve the right to adjust the prices on the website, for example in the event of a significant increase in supplier prices or other similar circumstances.
  • Delivery terms: We send your shipment as soon as we can, and our aim is for all customers to receive their products within 6-12 working days of placing the order.
  • Payment terms: We work with Klarna which allows individuals and companies to pay by invoice, bank transfer, installment, debit or credit card. When you add your items to the shopping cart and click the "Pay" button, you will be redirected to our payment page. The payment is completely secure, and you can easily choose which payment method you want to use after placing your order with us.
  • Returns & complaints: We want you to contact us before returning your goods. By contacting us, we can exchange or credit your products quickly and efficiently. Unused products always have a 30-day return and exchange period. In the event of a complaint (such as incorrect delivery, defective product or similar), we are responsible for the shipping costs. duclaire.com applies and complies with the Consumer Purchase Act and our customers, as private consumers, have all the rights mentioned in the law. For example, you as a customer always have a 3-year right of complaint if you can demonstrate manufacturing defects.
  • Personal data: When you order products from us, you agree that we may store and use the information you have provided about yourself so that we can fulfill our commitments and provide the service that you as a customer can expect. Among other things, we need the information to be able to deliver the products to you, to possibly get in touch with you and to send you information about our products. You can contact us at any time to access the personal data we have registered about you.

Shipping and returns

We always offer free shipping and free returns worldwide. The product prices, stated in EUR, administration fee and handling fee & does not include VAT. Customer is responsible for the import fees that may occur.

  • Delivery: We ship all our products via known shipping suppliers which differs from country toi country. Our aim is for all our customers to receive their delivery within 6-12 working days. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time in certain circumstances, such as stock balance errors, depending on the season, due to an abnormally large number of orders or other external circumstances beyond our control. We cannot take responsibility for delays by the relevant carrier.
  • Pick-up at a delivery point: Usually you will receive the delivery to your mailbox. If the package does not fit, it will be sent to your nearest collection point. You will receive an AVI or an SMS with information on how to collect your parcel.  More information about this can be found on postnord.se.
  • Exchanges & Returns: For exchanges or returns, please contact info@iconlauren.com and we will help you!
  • Uncollected packages: For packages that come back to us from, due to not being requested/collected by you, we charge you €30. We do this to cover our costs for shipping, return shipping, administration and handling. If the value of the goods is lower than €30, we will instead charge the full amount for unclaimed packages.
  • Canceling an order: If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours to our customer service at info@iconlauren.com, otherwise it will be sent out and we will not be able to take back the package and you will have to make a return.

  • Once you have completed your order, an order confirmation will be sent to your email address. The confirmation contains all the details of the products, price, billing and delivery address.

  1. Delivery
  • Our normal delivery times are 6-12 days. NOTE! Orders placed on weekends are shipped on the following Monday at the earliest.

  1. Pricing
  • All prices in the shop are in EUR and all prices does not include VAT. So customer is responsible for the import fees that may occur.
  • We reserve the right to adjust the price due to price changes from the supplier, misprints in the price list and inaccuracies in prices due to incorrect information and reserve the right to adjust the price.
  1. Right of withdrawal
  • When purchasing goods on the website, you as a customer have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal that applies from the time you have received the goods you have ordered.

    5.1 When exercising your right of withdrawal:
  • You must notify us of your change of mind. The message should be sent to us at info@iconlauren.com. Your message should clearly state your name, address, email address, the order number and the goods to be returned.
  • You should return the products to us immediately and at the latest within the statutory 14 days of the withdrawal notice.
  • Therefore, when returning the products, they must be sent well packaged and in their original packaging.
  • We reserve the right to deduct from the reimbursement amount a sum corresponding to the decrease in value compared to the original value of the product in case of a used or damaged product.

    5.2 The right of withdrawal does not apply to:
  • Products that have been sealed for health or hygiene reasons and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Products that have the character of a sealed audio or video recording and where the seal has been broken by you.
  • Custom-made product, which has been specifically tailored for you or has a clear personal touch according to your wishes.
  • Services that have been completed and where you have expressly consented to the commencement of the service without right of withdrawal.
  • Goods that can quickly deteriorate, for example food.
  • Loose numbers of newspapers or magazines.
  1. Claims and complaints
  • We inspect all products before they are sent to you. Should the product still be damaged or wrongly shipped when it arrives, we undertake, in accordance with current consumer protection legislation, to rectify the error free of charge.
  • You must always contact us for approval before returning a defective item.
  • The complaint must be sent immediately after the defect has been discovered.

    6.1 How do you proceed with a complaint?
  • Any errors and defects must always be reported to info@iconlauren.com where you state your name, address, e-mail address, order number and a description of the error.
  • If we are unable to remedy the defect or supply a similar product, we will refund you for the defective product in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. We are responsible for return shipping in the event of approved complaints.
  • We reserve the right to refuse a complaint if it turns out that the product is not faulty in accordance with current consumer protection legislation. In the case of complaints, we follow guidelines from the General Complaints Board, see arn.se.
  1. Limitation of liability
  • We take no responsibility for indirect damages that may occur due to the product.
  • We accept no responsibility for delays/errors as a result of circumstances beyond the company's control (Force Majeure). These circumstances can be, for example, labor conflict, fire, war, authority decision, reduced or non-existent delivery from the supplier.
  • Furthermore, no responsibility is taken for any changes to products/product characteristics that have been changed by the respective supplier and other factors beyond our control.

  1. Terms of Text Marketing:
    We use a text messaging platform subject to the following terms. By opting in to our text marketing and messaging, you agree to these terms.
    By entering your phone number at checkout and initiating a purchase, subscribing via our subscription form or a keyword, you agree that we may send you text messages (for your order, including abandoned cart reminders) and text marketing offers. You acknowledge that consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Your phone number, name and purchase information will be shared with our SMS platform "SMSBump Inc, an EU company with offices in Sofia, Bulgaria, EU. This data will be used to send targeted marketing messages and messages. When you send the text messages are sent your phone number to an SMS operator to deliver them.

Klarna's payment options:
Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where the payment is made directly to Klarna:

  • Pay within 30 days: Payment period is 30 days from the dispatch of the goods. The conditions for paying within 30 days can be found here.
  • Account: Klarna Account is an account credit provided by Klarna and which gives the borrower the opportunity to pay in installments for their purchases monthly with at least 1/24 (minimum SEK 50) of the total used credit amount or in accordance with the conditions approved at the checkout.   • Pay Directly: Pay Directly is based on direct debit and your account is only debited when the store has processed your order and sent your order. The terms and conditions for Pay directly can be found here.
  • Bank transfer: Your account is debited immediately after the order is placed.
