Shipping & Delivery
Shipping and returns
We always offer free shipping and free returns. The product prices, stated in EUR, administration fee and handling fee & does not include VAT. Customer is responsible for the import fees that may occur.
- Delivery: We ship all our products via know logistic partners. Our aim is for all our customers to receive their delivery within 6-12 working days. We reserve the right to extend the delivery time in certain circumstances, such as stock balance errors, depending on the season, due to an abnormally large number of orders or other external circumstances beyond our control. We cannot take responsibility for delays by the relevant carrier.
- Pick-up at a delivery point: Usually you will receive the delivery to your mailbox. If the package does not fit, it will be sent to your nearest collection point. You will receive an AVI or an SMS with information on how to collect your parcel. More information about this can be found on postnord.se.
- Exchanges & Returns: For exchanges or returns, please contact info@iconlauren.com and we will help you! We will pay for your return.
- Uncollected packages: For packages that come back to us, due to not being requested/collected by you, we charge you €30. We do this to cover our costs for shipping, return shipping, administration and handling. If the value of the goods is lower than €30, we will instead charge the full amount for unclaimed packages.
- Canceling an order: If you want to cancel your order, you must do so within 12 hours to our customer service at info@iconlauren.com, otherwise it will be sent out and we will not be able to take back the package and you will have to make a return.
